the forecasts are not updating quick enough, and the update time is wrong (I assume for all forecasts) This date is meant to reflect when the forecasts were last updated and alert the user if there is an issue. for example, todays 3km forecasts have not been updated and its currently past 2pm, yet the update time says 2pm. This suggests the most recent data is being shown when its not. The file gets updated once a day in the morning, so the update time should always be roughtly around the same each day. In this case the files were available just after 9am, so the update time should just after 9am
